360TechAuto is an auto parts sales platform for the Algerian market (prices in DZD, delivery by wilaya, cash on delivery, with CIB / Edahabia online payment integrated), for both individuals and businesses. Customers find their part by reference, category, vehicle (make → model → engine) or VIN, powered by TecDoc data. A Gemini AI assistant streams answers grounded in the real catalogue and suggests products that fit the vehicle.
The Next.js 16 store consumes a versioned Laravel API. A 33-resource Filament back office manages the catalogue, orders, PDF invoices, returns, reviews, promotions, negotiated B2B prices and subscriptions. The client's catalogue, a 137,029-row Excel file, goes through an audit and then an all-or-nothing import that guarantees no inconsistent data goes live.
From challenge to results
1
Challenge
The client's catalogue is a 137,029-row Excel file with many anomalies: #VALUE! errors, inconsistent prices, missing references and duplicates with different prices. A partial import would have published inconsistent data.
2
Solution
An audit command produces an Excel report ranked by severity, which the client uses to fix their file. The importer then checks the whole file without writing anything. On any blocking issue it rejects the import. Otherwise it imports everything in a single transaction.
3
Results
The code covers 20 of the 21 contracted modules, plus a subscription module. There are 74 Pest test files (about 520 cases), 33 Filament resources and 13 dashboard widgets.
